My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though a bit on the small side and not exactly like the photos, served their purpose of providing a comfortable and clean space for a good night's sleep. The service was exceptional with friendly and supportive staff, especially Abdullah and Miss Lala who went above and beyond to assist. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the Gulhane tram station, making it easy to explore major sights on foot. However, the dining experience was not exceptional, with average food offerings that did not match the presentation.
